Office Manager

About position

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office activities, provide staff support and help with the office organization.

What will you do?

  • Providing logistical support, coordinating and maintaining an efficient transfer of information among employees
  • Scheduling and planning appointments and office meetings
  • Monitoring office operations, handling shortages of office supplies and keeping a tidy and organized workspace
  • Taking care of administrative and operational needs of the Company and providing administrative and organizational support to the management
  • Organizing all external events for the Company, such as team buildings
  • Preparing billing documents and overseeing billing. Coordinating invoicing, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Taking minutes at meetings, making sure that all key points are captured, summarized and effectively presented to the employees

 

What about skills & experience?

  • Some work experience in the same or similar positions (desirable but not required)
  • Ability to solve problems, organize work, make decisions and set priorities
  • Reliability, patience, kindness, perseverance and a proactive attitude
  • Pedantry in work, and the ability to maintain attention to several different tasks of similar importance
  • Time management, exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) and good email etiquette
  • Active use of English
  • Excellent computer skills
